Would you like to be more productive, energised and feel better physically during the working day? Do you suffer from aches and pains in the lower back, neck or shoulders?
A lunch time Pilates session is an excellent way of increasing your strength and flexibility, as well as relieving your general aches and pains from sitting at the computer for extended periods.
Pilates can help you manage the stress of the day and give you a mental break from work so that when you go back to your desk you feel refreshed and relaxed. Stretching out the muscles and working the core will help to re- align the posture and correct movement and strain patterns making you more aware of your posture while at work, at home and during other exercise practices.
How does it work at work?
MG Pilates supply mats, and the instructor. You supply a room and work colleagues.
There will be a maximum of 15 per class and a miniumum of 10, so the level of service from the instructor can still be of a high quality. The classes will be one hour or we can tailor the time to the needs of the company i.e. 45mins or for team building days etc.
How much is it?
$170 for 10 weeks. (no refunds for blocks paid)
