Diary of Detoxer – Day Fifteen

We are half way today!! Horray!

A “work from home” day today as my daughter is home from school sick. A little bit of TLC for her in-between getting ready to take the challengers on their journey, plus dealing with other business matters. Whilst looking after her, I pray that because I am going through this detox process myself that I don’t catch what she’s got as on a detox you can be a little more exposed to illness.

I have a massage in the evening with the wonderful Vicki and my muscles are not feeling as tight as they usually are. My body has relaxed, inside and out it seems. The changes just keep coming and its more obvious everyday that this is the best thing I have done in ages!

Breakfast
Quarter lemon squeezed with hot water
1 cup of Amaranth puffed breakfast cereal- 3/4 cup of soy milk I also added red quinoa to the puffed Amaranth mixture and its really good. Packed with protein.

Morning Tea
Protein shake with mixed berries, soymilk, a quarter of a can of coconut milk and desert spoon full of LSA (linseed, almond and sunflower mix, you can buy this at Woolies now) 
Protein powder- Phyto protein, pea protein isolates. Can be bought from Sydney Health clinic. Suitable for vegans.
Lunch
Brown rice stir fry with veges and tamari.
Dinner
Grilled fish with lemon, BBQ pumpkin, zucchini and mushrooms.

Snacks
Mandarins, pears, passion fruit, nuts, seeds, hummus, carrot sticks and flats. Herbal tea’s and 2ltres of water.
