An MG Pilates instructor is reliable and punctual, and enjoys being part of a team that can work side by side, or autonomously. You must be capable and comfortable teaching up to 3 people at a time using all of our traditional Pilates equipment. Our valued clients vary in abilities & goals therefore you must be a flexible, observant and thoughtful Instructor that makes the Pilates experience an effective and happy one for every individual.

As an instructor of MG Pilates you are required to do regular workouts with all of the instructors as often as possible. This is a part of your employment package at MG Pilates. Regular workouts will ensure a high standard of technique and strength which is so important during your career as a Pilates instructor.
