Booking Information and Terms (Mat)

So we can provide a professional and smooth running Pilates studio for you, we ask that you read through our booking terms and conditions. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. We appreciate your co-operation on these matters.

All mat classes must be booked in advance

Cancellation policy / No ‘make-ups’
If you do not turn up for a class that you have booked in for you will incur a late cancel charge (the cost of the class). Unlike with studio sessions you cannot ‘make-up’ late cancelled classes within 7 days. To avoid the late cancel charge please give us 24hrs notice if you can’t make it.

Mums ‘n’ Bubs classes
We understand it can be harder to commit to a class in advance when you are a new Mum, so we won’t charge you for late cancellations when you are booked into the Mums ‘n’ Bubs class.

On The Day

  • All mat classes must be paid for on the day.
  • Mats are supplied and we ask that you please wipe down after your class
  • You are required to wear socks for hygiene reasons.
  • Wear something that you can move your body in freely. Tights and leotard’s are back in fashion but you don’t have to go that far, unless you want to that is…

Do you have an injury?
If you have an injury that needs specific attention you are required to complete 10 studio sessions before commencing mat classes. Mat classes place greater strain on your body and can only be undertaken under the advisement of an instructor after attending studio sessions.

Payments
Option to pay by direct debit (AutoPay) or casually. AutoPayments are debited on the first of the month.

Initial payments that do not fall on the 1st of the month will be charged at a pro rata rate.

To freeze your AutoPay
To freeze your AutoPay, a completed request must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective from the following month. Billing date is the first day of the month.

Freezing AutoPayments will not be backdated.

You may freeze your AutoPay for a minimum of 30 days. Longer periods must be in monthly increments. You can freeze your AutoPay for a maximum of 6 months.

You must give us an end date. We are unable to freeze your AutoPay for an unlimited time.  Should you need to extend the period of time your AutoPay is frozen for, simply call or email us.

Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly AutoPay will automatically be reactivated.

Whilst your AutoPay is suspended you can attend a class and pay the casual rate.

Your AutoPay will be frozen from the first day of the month that you have requested.

Mat Class Packages cannot be shared with Family and Partners
Only studio packages can be shared with family members and partners.

Transfers/Refunds
Packages are NOT transferable or refundable.

Cancellation of Package
Your package may be cancelled at any time. You must advise us a minimum of 30 days in advance of your next payment (payments are debited on the first of the month).
