We all feel like this when we sit at a desk in a fixed position for long periods of time, even us Pilates instructors. Our bodies are designed to move, our bodies need to move for our general physical and mental well-being. This becomes very apparent once you start to learn the many different ways that your body can move.
Today more than ever we are looking for a work life balance. In this modern techno world we hardly ever switch off, constantly on and accessible. Take a break from yourself, get out of your head and into your body. A Pilates class at lunch, or after work, at your office – such an easy way to do something for yourself and get your body moving.
Make it easy for yourself, organise a class at work. Its a quick elevator ride away or you could take the stairs to get the blood pumping! We’ll work with you to find a solution that suits the needs of you and your company.
How does it work at work?
We supply the instructor and any props. You supply a room and work colleagues (people need to bring their own mats). A maximum of 15 people per class.
