Lunchtime special mat class
The 45minute “lunchtime special” is a quick workout that breaks up the working day giving you a physical and mental break from the computer. It is a great way to squeeze in some exercise and relieve general aches and pains associated with sitting at a computer.
The cues and corrections we give you during the class will help you to be more aware of your posture throughout the working day. Focusing on the breath with the flowing movement of the Pilates exercises will relieve stress, and get you back into your body which will leave you feeling energised and ready to tackle the afternoon.
Mums and bubs mat class
The mums and bubs class is great for those that would like to get back into exercise and re build core strength after pregnancy. You can attend to your babies needs at any time during the class. Please bring a rug for your baby to lay on if you have them beside you. Suitable for babies up to 1 year old.
