The mums and bubs class is great for those that would like to get back into exercise and re build core strength after pregnancy. We focus on the working relationship of the abdominals, back and pelvic floor muscles to regain strength after pregnancy.
The studio is a lovely, peaceful environment; perfect for you and your baby. The babies are free to lay beside the mother or be in the pram or capsule. You can attend to your baby’s needs at any time during the class. Please bring a rug for your baby to lay on if you have them beside you.
When is it on?
The class runs every Thursday at 11 am for one hour
How much does it cost?
$80 unlimited visits per month (payable by direct debit)
Suitable for babies up to 1 year old.
If you have had a caesar please leave a space of 8 weeks after giving birth before commencing classes. For all other new mums you can start the classes after 6 weeks.
