Sally looks after the admin side of things at MG Pilates. She has been interested in promoting health and well-being for many years and has a Diploma in Ayurvedic Medicine which she attained whilst living in London and working for The Ayurvedic Company of Great Britain. Her studies there included yoga, nutrition and herbal medicine and developed her understandings of the importance of a holistic approach to health.

Prior to studying Ayurveda Sally worked in Sydney as a counselor supporting victims of crime. She also has a BSc.(hons.) in Anthropology from University College London.

When not at MG Pilates Sally devotes some of her time to help grow upcoming fair trade women’s fashion label, bibico. She also works with her partner on his accessories brand, [sgt.stch].
