Initial Assessment
You are required to start with an initial consultation before commencing studio sessions, even if you have done Pilates elsewhere before.
On the day
- You are required to wear socks for hygiene reasons.
- Wear something that you can move your body in freely. Tights and leotard are back in fashion but you don’t have to go that far, unless you want to that is…
Bookings
All studio sessions must be pre-booked and paid for on the day. Classes can be booked online, alternatively you can email us at info@mgpilates.com or call us on 0410 581 466.
Cancellation Policy
24hrs notice is required should you need to cancel otherwise the full fee is charged, this also applies to no-shows. However, we do understand that things happen last minute. You can avoid the late cancellation charge by re-booking the missed class within 7 days. This will mean doing an extra class and doesn’t include classes that are already booked in.
Expiry Dates
There is an expiry on blocks bought and sessions must be used within this time frame. Our booking system automatically emails you to alert you when you are close to having used all the classes on your block/your expiry date is coming up. Extensions are not given over the Christmas period. Remember to book in an extra class if your block is coming up to it’s expiry date and you have sessions to use! The casual price applies if you run of of sessions and are unable to pay for a block on the day.
Refunds/Transfers
Classes are not transferable or refundable.
